Our Philosophy
Parent Care believes that older people have the right to be independent and live at home for as long as possible with dignity and security.
Our aging parents and relatives deserve to live in an environment that is safe and adaptable to their personal preferences and changing capabilities. They should be integrated in society and have the opportunity to interact with younger generations, sharing their experiences and skills.
They have the right to make decisions about their care and quality of life. Access to healthcare is paramount, and they need to be protected from any form of abuse.
If the move from home to a care facility is necessary, we as care managers must continue to respect their freedom, dignity and needs while offering additional support and protection.
At Parent Care, we take a personal approach to care. We recognize that every person, family and situation is unique and develop individual care and life plans to best suit the health and well being of your aging parent.
With trust and compassion, we build relationships with our clients and their families, helping them through life’s changes. We are more than geriatric experts or care managers; we are our clients’ extended family. By working together, we can contribute to the continued quality of life for your aging family member and give you peace of mind.
